L'oreal infallible 8 hr gloss

Sooo I thought I'd write a little review on another product that has quite impressed me. As much as I love wearing colour on my lips I often find myself having trouble with it. Lipstick me gloss seems to really dry out my lips leaving them sore and peeling. So yesterday I thought I'd try this new L'oreal infallible 8 hour gloss and I have to say I was quite impressed. So much so that today I popped back to purchase another colour. The colours were beautiful on (and although they don't really last 8 hours like the name would suggest) I'm just thankful that they kept my lips hydrated and glossy. The first colour I bought was # 705 sangria and then when I headed back today I picked up # 715 raisin. I'm sure I shall be picking up more colours in these!! Big thumbs up from me x

Nars larger than life long wear eyeliner

Soooo I had to just write a quick blog about this amaaaazing product as I am so impressed after only one day of use!! I watch and read a lot of beauty blogs as I like to get ideas about products and find new things to test and I have found this thanks to the lovely Tanya Burr. As a huge eyeliner fan I've struggled to find an eyeliner that keeps it's colour for hours and doesn't smudge and I am beyond happy to say that now I have. After hearing Tanya rave about the product and how good it was I decided to give the Nars long lasting eyeliner a go. I chose the black also known as via veneto. I applied my eyeliner at 7.30am today and after a full day at work at 7pm it still looked freshly applied and very black. I'm so happy! This product has a huge thumbs up from me and I would recommend everyone that wears eyeliner to buy it!! I can't wait to carrying on wearing it. Well done Nars!!

2013

My first blog of 2013!! My New Year's Eve was pretty low key. I spent it with my parents and we went for dinner, I was quite homesick because I knew that my friends were all together in England at a party. But you have to make the most of what you got and I had a nice night with my family and a lovely three course meal :) I thought I would share some of Christmas presents (as I alway loooove knowing what presents people received, so hopefully other people do too!) I was very lucky and my present from my parents was a Louis Vuitton make up bag. I am a huuuuuge Louis Vuitton fan and I know I will be for life. I just love the traditional brown and gold print, it's so timeless and classic and just oozes style. I also got some Mac make up, pajamas, slippers, toiletries, money and lots of other little bits and bobs. All which were lovely and I was so pleased with!
I am excited to see what 2013 has to offer and see how I settle further into Canadian lifestyle. I also can now say that I get to go home this year to visit my friends. Infact it is 87 days. Yaaaay!!! I can't wait I'm so excited. So happy new year hope it brings everyone happiness, success and love xx

Oooh also my grandad made me some aaaamazing hand made bracelets. I'm so pleased with them. I have tiny wrists and lots of bangles don't fit me so these are customized especially for me!! And the patterns and colours are just beautiful. Thank you grandad!
