This is all very new!!

Heeelllllloooo!
So I'm new to this blogging thing. But I thought hey i'd give it a go. So here it is!!
I am an english girl who has just moved to the big city of Toronto (hence the name ca.uk) I've been here almost four months now, and although things are still pretty new and exciting I am missing my friends loooots :( I am lucky enough to have found a group of friends in England who are just perfect. We all compliment each other very well we are so different, yet oh so similar. I still talk to them lots but I miss being able to be myself completely. Here although Ive met lots of new people, amazing friendships take time to build and I'm still in the baby stages here. It's still very much about small talk and getting to know people, and although that can be fun, sometimes I just wana be slobbed out on the sofa drinking tea with my mates.
However, that part isn't going to change anytime soon....soooo I'm making the most of this experience and trying to take as many opportunities as I can. I love city life, I always thought I was a city girl at heart and here I feel a sense of 'home'. I love that the city never sleeps, eventhough I do, alot! I like the vibe, it'd hard to feel lonely here. So I'm here, I'm doing it, I'm living the dream....well kinda.
